Purposes:
To control one’s astromagnetism using the lower psychic faculty of imagination. To connect the consciousness to the PSI body to achieve conscious astral projection. After prolonged use, the Z-Mantra Meditation can also energize the auric field by recharging psychic energies that might have been expended via excessive thoughts.
Notes:
Typically, the average person does not have control of their PSI body. For most, the PSI body exists merely as a duplicate of the physical body and is barely used as a vehicle for consciousness. The Z-Mantra is useful in “jump starting” the PSI body from dormancy, such that it may be consciously controlled.
Practice:
1.) The Z-Mantra Meditation can be performed poised in any preferred direction or position. However, the reader may find it most suitable to lie on the back for this technique if the object is to attempt conscious astral projection.
2.) Gently close the eyes of the physical body. With the physical eyes closed, visualize your PSI body superimposed over your physical body—imagine it having a similar shape and form as your physical body, but composed of a mauve-hued, flaming psychic fire—imagine it filled with the power of PSI. Imagine that the eyes of your PSI body are opened while those of the physical body remain closed.
3.) Draw in a deep breath, and upon exhalation, create a long, drawn-out “ZZZZZZZZZ” sound with the mouth—Not unlike the buzzing of a bee. You will feel the area around the throat and chest being stimulated. Simultaneously visualize a mauve-hued electric current passing through and around the PSI body, charging it.
3.) Now, each time you draw in your breath, vibrate the Z-Mantra in your mind and imagine that the sound is made from the mouth of your PSI body while imagining the astromagnetic current flowing around and through the PSI body. When you exhale, create the sound with the mouth of your physical body. Then, while inhaling, vibrate the Z-Mantra in your mind and imagine it comes from the mouth of the PSI body. Continue this for 10-20 minutes.
4.) If one did not desire to astral project, the session can be ended by simply visualizing the astromagnetic force being absorbed by the PSI body, and thereafter opening the eyes of the physical body. Spend a few moments reorienting to normal consciousness by shifting the awareness to something mundane, such as a window, before getting up. If astral projection is the key, continue intoning the mantra but only in the mind. One needn’t visualize the astromagnetic current after some time, and can simply intone the mantra. After some time, one would typically start to experience the PSI body separating from the physical body along with accompanying sensations and experiences such as feeling (mild) tingles, hearing (clairaudiently) sounds like the waves of the ocean crashing, buzzing sounds similar to the Z-Mantra, among others. It is important to stay relaxed and unafraid during these experiences so as not to prevent the PSI body from fully separating, or from being pulled back to the physical body. Remember most of all that astral projection is something normal rather than abnormal, and can be a quite enjoyable and grand experience. If astral projection occurs, remain calm, and examine your room—walk around, fly around, and “touch” objects to gain familiarity with the experience. Try to avoid looking at the physical body for the first few times, as this can oftentimes cause the PSI body to be pulled back if one becomes surprised. To return to the physical body, simply will to do so—and no effort is required in this. Merely willing to return will do. Likewise, one may simply attempt to enter the physical body and the return will occur. The physical body may slightly spasm and a powerful, but not painful, electrical shock may be felt when re-entering the body. In any case, take a few moments to reorient oneself to the physical world by taking a few deep breaths in and looking about the room before sitting up slowly and going about one’s mundane affairs.
May this psychic training exercise bring you light and peace profound.
